Why should I use your service?
We are local, low cost and effective. Other services charge anywhere from $50 to $100 in set up fees and may also charge per lead. Our price remains well below the standard. In addition to being low cost, we are extremely effective. We are a localized company which means less competition for you. This local attention keeps our focus on finding new customers.
How do I receive leads?
After a customer completes a request form on our website, the system immediately matches the customer request to profiles of service providers in our database. When a request matches your profile, the program sends, both you and the customer, a TextEmail . The information included in the TextEmail allows you to contact potential clients.
How much do the leads cost?
Unlike our competitors we do not charge per lead.
Are there any recurring costs?
You only pay the monthly membership fee to continue receiving leads. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Are there any up front costs?
No, we do not charge any start up fees. You only pay for your monthly subscription once the free trial period is over.
Will your price go up?
We are in the process of building our database and are therefore offering our service at a special low rate. This rate may increase in the future for new memberships, but for those customers who have signed up at the preliminary rate, their rate will remain the same.
How many times will you sell a lead?
We do not sell per lead and we never use the same lead more than three times total.
Is there a limit to how many leads I may accept?
There is no limit to the number of leads you can receive. Leads are provided when customers search for a match for their requested service. Because of this, it is impossible to guarantee the amount of leads you will receive.
How do I know the leads are good?
Homeowners are applying directly with us and are therefore actively searching for a service provider. We do not “cold call” homeowners nor do we take homeowners’ information off of marketing lists.
What do I do with the leads I receive?
You should be calling your leads immediately upon receipt of the information to boost your contact ratio. If the homeowner has invested their time to fill out the required information, then they are actively searching for a service provider. It is now up to you to actively follow up on the lead and secure them as a new customer.
